Once a struggling single mother, who had lived her entire life within 10 miles of her birthplace, set her eyes on writing a story book for children. In between the struggles, she lost her mother. But despite numerous rejections, she didn’t stop. Her persistence paid off and her magical series transformed into a global phenomenon.
